    Refunds & Cancellations
    We aim to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their purchase. Booking cancellations are subject Terms and Conditions agreed upon during the initial booking and event organisers will review the request. If a refund is approved, an administrative fee of 30% will be charged and the remaining balance will be paid out. If a booking is cancelled 24 hours to 16 days before the day of the event a 70% admin fee bill be charged to recoup any loss on our side. 

    Eligibility for Refunds:

    • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
    • Proof of purchase is required.
    • For digital or service-based products, refunds may only apply if the service has not yet been delivered.

    Non-Refundable Items:

    • Sale or promotional items
    • Gift cards
    • Products damaged through misuse
    • Stall Bookings

    Processing Time:
    Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
