How to Book

How to Book your Stall

  1. Click on the Book Now Button and again when the popup opened, bottom right corner. 
  2. Choose your stall number(s) by clicking on the + sign on the right.
  3. Click on the Continue Button.
  4. Fill out all of the detailed and Accept Our Terms & Conditions.
  5. Click on the Continue Button.
  6. Click on the Book Now Button.
  7. Next Page, Scroll down to the bottom and review your stall booking info. You can remove items from the cart by clicking on the “x”.
  8. Click on the Proceed to Checkout Button.
  9. Fill in the details as needed on the next page and scroll to the bottom and click on the Pay Now with iKhokha Button.
  10. If you are with Capitec Bank, please make sure that your Online Shopping Settings has been Activated in order to pay for your booking.
  11. Your booking is confirmed once you received an invoice from the website and the booking system. If you only received ONE of the TWO Emails then it means your booking is pending. Please contact us at bookings@dinomite.infoandapply.co.za.

* Food and Beverage Stall Holders to Complete Mandatory Forms and submit together with a certified copy of their ID.

Documents needed for Food and Beverage Vendors to apply for their Business License at the Kingsburgh Sizakala Centre.

  1. Business Licensing Application
  2. COA Application Form
  3. Safety and Security Cluster Fire Form
  4. Consent Letter from the Organizer
  5. Landlord’s Consent
  6. Principal Contractor Appointment Form (Please sign and email back to bookings@dinomite.infoandapply.co.za, without at signed copy, we will not approve your booking)
  7. Stallholders Invitation Letter
  8. Tax Clearance Letter – the one with a pin “Letter of Good Standing”
  9. Certified ID
  10. Application Fee

No Food Vendors allowed inside of the hall. All Food Vendors to purchase stalls outside.

Documents needed for Food and Beverage Vendors to apply for their Business License at the Kingsburgh Sizakala Centre.

You will need a Tax Clearance Letter (the one issued with a PIN, also referred to as a Letter of Good Standing) as well as a certified copy of your ID document, together with the following documents:

  1. Business Licensing Application
  2. COA Application Form
  3. Safety and Security Cluster Fire Form
  4. Consent Letter from the Organizer
  5. Landlord’s Consent
  6. Principal Contractor Appointment Form (Please sign and email back to bookings@dinomite.infoandapply.co.za without at signed copy, we will not approve your booking)
  7. Stallholders Invitation Letter
